On 23rd Aug 2012 Shri Narayani Town Benefit fund came into being and has progressed well and in terms of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, all the names of Benefit fund companies have come to be known as Nidhi Companies. The Company is headquartered at Tiruvarur in Tamilnadu and presently has eighty branches with over 500 employees. The Company has been recognized with the Nidhi Status (NDH-4) by the Government of India through Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the same has been published in the official Gazette of Government of India.

Shri Narayani Nidhi Ltd. is led by Mr.S.Karthikeyan who is a native of Thippirajapuram, a traditional cultured village near the temple town of Kumbakonam. Mr.S.Karthikeyan possesses a very strong background both in terms of financial stability as also his expertise in the business for quite some time. It is with the sincere involvement of Mr.S.Karthikeyan as Chairman & Founder, ably supported by his brother Mr.S.Ramprasad as Managing Director, is in the process of expansion of its business in places nearer to Thiruvarur where it has established its roots on a stronger base. Head Office and Corporate office has started functioning from Thiruvarur and Shri Narayani Nidhi is slowly marching towards a strong future. Taking a cue from the Government policies to introduce financial literacy amongst the villages, Shri Narayani Nidhi is aiming at achieving the goal by its presence in and around Thiruvarur.

Member are offered the facilities of deposit accounts – Savings Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Fixed Deposits at slightly higher rate of interest over the other market players and also loan facilities – Loan against deposits, Jewel loans and Mortgage loans with lesser processing time.
Also, the Company offers Locker facilities to its members at selected branches.
The member can feed the details on the grievances under “Contact Us” and the same will be processed by our designated Customer Relations Officer and will arrange for redressal of the grievances
