Members are not allowed to close their term deposits within three months of their opening, as per Nidhi regulations.
Nidhi companies are prohibited by Ministry of Corporate Affairs NOT to give any interest for term deposits if closed pre maturely before Six Months.
In this scenario, we encourage our members to take Loan Against Deposit to meet their urgent financial needs.
Members are allowed to borrow a maximum 80% of deposited value at an interest rate of Deposit rate+ 2% with a minimum of 7%
