Good character, Adequate repaying capacity.
Acceptable property to be mortgaged.
Maximum Loan amount: Rs. 1500000 per member.
Criteria for loan amount: 50% of the Forced Sale value of the property.
Rate of interest: Ranging from 15% to 18%.
Repayment mode: Equated monthly instalments.
Tenor of loan: 3 to 7 years.
Security: Registered mortgage on the property to be mortgaged along with a suitable guarantor.
The member should have a clear and marketable title to the property to be mortgaged.
Purpose of loan: Productive/ to meet domestic expenses.
